Wow I haven't posted in a while, the weeks can just get away from you! We were so excited to have our first snow of the season, I was starting to wonder if we were going to get winter this year.... I think we only got an inch but nonetheless we got to play in it!! Harper really liked the snow, she wanted to get her hands in it and was not a fan of the fur gloves I had on her....Haha, it was fun to see her reaction to it. Isn't it funny how when you have a child it makes everything in life that much sweeter and more exciting!?
Lets see, last weekend we went back to Kansas because we had not been back since Christmas..so good to see all of the family.
My grandpa has been in hospital here in Tulsa due to low blood count....he had to have four blood transfusions. He is now doing better but they did not find where he was loosing blood from.
In other family news Adam and I got a new car and decided it was time to sell my BMW:( Yes I'm sad, I really loved whipping around in my little sports car but it is just too small having a baby and all the STUFF that comes with them. So we got a Toyota Sequoia, its nice and roomy and we will be able to keep it for a while and haul everything we need to in it!! I just couldn't do the minivan, nor will I ever....lol! No offense to any of you mini van drivers...
This last weekend we went to Wellington for Platt's (my friend Jennifer's son) 2nd birthday!! We had a good time letting the kiddos play and catching up!!! She threw the cutest Elmo themed birthday...we had fun running around like crazy women getting it all ready!! We are like "why do we do this to ourselves?"...but secretly we love the chaos!! Our poor husbands!! She had the cutest Elmo decorations, what did we do before pinterest ladies??
